Dr. Jeanette Dillon

Not only did Jeanette create and lead the Women’s Bureau to marketing and branding that broke a world record and moved the agency out of debt, she has also created successful campaigns leading to needed program attention and fundraising.

As she studied for her Ph.D., she continued her commitment to preventing sexual assault by overseeing a community-based research campaign created by a group of undergraduates on Bowling Green State University’s campus. By listening to and guiding these passionate students, in one semester her group created an impressive on-campus and online presence advocating for student safety. The results of the campaign launched in 2015 remain active on Facebook (please see “Stand up for your Body”), albeit less active than before, due in great part to the continued dedication of the students involved in campaign creation.
